Sales & Marketing Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Crux Marketing:

  • Supporting VP, Brand & Communications from a marketing perspective to work with specialty teams and route things for approval, be their eyes and ears in the office
  • Project management for Crux Marketing, overseeing project management task input, project briefs and workflow with Traffic Management team
  • Manages all Crux swag, handles inventory and re-ordering process
  • Managing all client events and tables we purchase to attend for networking purposes. Managing the networking calendar and assisting with follow-up
  • Podcast coordinator, responsible for helping to research topics, coordinate speakers, etc.
  • Assist with contact names in HubSpot for newsletters, holiday cards & gifts, assembling and delivering holiday gifts, etc.

Sales/Business Development/Client Support:

  • Assists with client retention:
    • Collaborate with Marketing Operations team on the CSAT process
  • Assist with sales/prospect brief and entering contacts in HubSpot
    • Captures notes in HubSpot for Sales hand off process
    • Assist CEO and CCO with prospect/sales follow-up
    • Track new client experience: client onboarding experience, gift coordination, welcome to the team correspondence, etc. in coordination with Marketing Operations and Sales team.
  • Supporting VP, Sales and Innovation from a sales perspective
    • Meeting set up: Staging for client and prospect meetings, curate a one-of-a-kind prospect/client experience

Administrative:

  • Greeting clients/prospects for CEO, CCO and VP, Sales and Innovation
  • Executive assistance for CEO and CCO: coordinating calendars, meeting invitations, meeting preparation, additional administrative duties as needed
  • Managing board calendar and requirements for CEO/Founder
  • Personify the TEAM CRUX values and serve as a strong brand advocate and influencer for Crux
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least one year of business experience working in a professional or corporate environment or equivalent internship experience. Ad/marketing agency experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional skills in account management, writing, copy editing and proofreading.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is preferred.
  • Skilled in research practices and instinctively know where to access information online.
  • A self-starter (proactive versus reactive in style), and strong professional interpersonal skills.
  • Able to effectively manage projects by possessing a sense of urgency and use of best practices in meeting project deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once to completion.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, working independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing startup work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
