Social Media Manager

Lexi is a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for creating impactful strategies that drive results. With hands-on experience in the dynamic field of marketing, she’s had the privilege to work with diverse organizations, helping them achieve their growth objectives through innovative campaigns and effective digital strategies.

Prior to joining the team at Crux, Lexi began as a Marketing Associate for a local State Farm agent. From there, she transitioned to become the Marketing and Communications Manager for a non-profit organization, Community Services League. In this role, Lexi honed her skills in digital marketing, social media strategy, content creation, and more, consistently adapting to industry trends and technological advancements. Throughout her career, she’s had the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights to develop compelling marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Lexi is the Head Coach of a high school dance team in KC. She enjoys working with such a talented team that is regionally and nationally ranked! She was formerly an instructor for Universal Dance Association and continues her love for dance as she travels to judge competitions seasonally. In her free time, Lexi can be found traveling the world with her fiancé on the back of his motorcycle!
