We’re looking for a driven and creative social media manager to help us execute strategic and effective digital marketing plans for our clients. As a social media manager on the Digital Team, you’ll be a part of a highly collaborative and creative group of marketers. This is a player-coach role that will partner with Social, Account and Creative team leads, to create data-driven social campaigns across social media channels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive campaign strategies to support paid, earned and owned content marketing
- Actively assess progress via Google Analytics and Sprout Analytics
- Lead KPI insights presentations in monthly client meetings
- Support and coach Social Media Coordinators
- Developing integrated social media brand strategies and campaigns
- Manage Crux social media channel marketing
- Actively analyze social media metrics for insights and tactics to drive more engagement
- Present social media audit findings to clients during research process
- Research new media platforms, trends and industry opportunities
- Document recommended social media trends and research; translate to business strategies
- Advance SEO through social media marketing best practices
- Drive creativity into social marketing campaigns through imagery & copy
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven track record of growing social media engagement across clients
- Insatiable appetite to infuse creativity and “what if” ideas into social campaign strategies
- Have a firm grasp of SEO and keyword research to capture organic traffic and develop backlink opportunities via social media
- Ability to understand & synthesize measurements for social & marketing programming
- Ability to operate independently, but not in a silo, and thrive in a hyper-growth environment
- Experience designing, publishing and analyzing social content in Sprout Social or similar
- Experience with Google Analytics & Data Studio
- Proven ability to build social communities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in an agency environment developing social media campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations or marketing
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
- Proficient use of applicable technology — Sprout Social, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Semrush, Data Studio (Looker)
