Create eye-catching visuals for social media, websites, marketing materials and more
Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and bring innovative ideas to life
Dive into the nitty-gritty of design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Assist in the development and maintenance of our brand identity

Assist in the planning, development and production of design work and graphic materials to meet client marketing needs.
Follow creative briefs and revise work according to feedback and critiques; collaborate with designers and Art Directors to refine concepts and mock-ups based on feedback.
Collaborate with other interns on a final project; contribute visual concepts and other design elements, including graphics, web design and print materials. Present final concept to Crux team for feedback and approval.
Ensure all work is submitted for approval through Creative Manager before finalizing.
Perform related tasks and other duties as assigned.
You must be in your Junior or Senior year at an accredited university and have existing residential accommodations in the Kansas City metro area. This is an in-office position with one day remote; all work is conducted in our Kansas City office.
Qualified applicants: Please apply with a resume and portfolio with a minimum of three examples of design-related work (class work or other; no group work). Cover letters and letters of recommendation accepted but not required. Initial screening interviews are conducted virtually, and a skills assessment may be requested as well. Follow-up interviews with finalists will be conducted in person; in the event of scheduling conflicts, virtual meetings will be considered.
