People of All Colors Succeed

As a community partner and pillar for change in Kansas City, the nonprofit People of All Colors Succeed (POAC) works with schools and businesses to empower individuals to break the cycle of bullying. The group also strives to eliminate the unconscious biases that exist to encourage the acceptance of others and spark courageous conversations for change.

POAC was beginning to gain momentum when Founder & CEO Jamie Grayson connected with Crux, sharing his mission and goal to make POAC a highly visible brand. POAC became the firm’s first pro-bono marketing services client, receiving more than $30K worth of marketing services gratis in 2020.

Our Solution

After a formal kickoff with the POAC team, Crux helped to develop succinct messaging that spoke to the mission of the organization and resonated with its various audiences. Crux refreshed the POAC color palette and logo mark, launched additional social media channels, and provided a full suite of business stationery and collateral including letterhead, email signatures, one-pagers and sponsorship/curriculum materials, PowerPoint presentations, and business cards to enhance brand presence and create harmony across all external materials.
